Today my technician was John Palmer and he was wonderful at explaining things, easing my mind about my concerns & getting the job done. He didn’t push me into purchasing anything extra and made sure he understood what I was hoping to get accomplished before he started working. I feel reassured by Orkin’s 30 day warranty, and John gave me confidence I hopefully shouldn’t need to use it.

Today, our technician, John Palmer, came out and did a treatment for wasps in the house. As well as an exterior treatment. He explained everything in great detail, and answered all our questions. We felt confident moving forward with Orkin as our pest control provider thanks to his expertise. Would easily recommend to a friend or family!

Tim was The Orkin Man at our house today. We had bees and he calmly and professionally destroyed the hive and, with my permission, removed all of it. It was inside a ventilation shaft in the basement. I need some minor HVAC work done but it was worth it.
