They are not bee removal professionals They came and pumped powder into the entrance of my yellowjacket nest and left. Powder everywhere he was messy powder all over the place killing every good bug for miles. Left powder all over my garden. Then left and then the yellowjackets went crazy and my house was filled with yellowjackets. They wouldn't come back to help me. Don’t be fooled by the glowing Google reviews — check Reddit or local Facebook groups for the real story. Greenix did a decent job spraying for mosquitoes, and the techs were always polite. But trying to cancel? An absolute nightmare. You can’t cancel online. You have to call, get passed around, repeat yourself to multiple reps, and sit on hold forever — probably hoping you'll give up. Don’t get caught in their trap!!!! Our first experience was great- nice guy- but after that, it has been terrible!!! This is what this company does: they cancel appointments over and over, (don’t even let you know most of the time, you will likely have to text or reach out to ask why they never even showed up days later, when you realize they never came!) and at times, will have notes that must have been made on their end such as “out of town” etc which are completely untrue.
