Aaron did a great job on laying the lawn disease treatment. He also checked for bugs or insects in the lawn to make sure we were applying the right treatment He answered my questions and explained reasons for the fungus disease. Excellent service

I think he needs to pay more attention to how thorough he sprays. I happened to be home today and watched from the window. He didn't spray thoroughly near the edge where our grass meets our stone work. (Stone path, driveway, sidewalk and stone retaining wall) we have noticed weeds, silver dollar plants and other weird looking grass creeping up along those areas.

Aaron said that there are no weeds existent on my lawn. That was not the case. Aaron also stated that my lawn showed signs of drought. There cant be drought when it's watered regularly and this summer has been rainy. He attributed a brown spot to cutworm and billbug damage. His evidence was a cutworm he put in a bag. You have to do better than this. Taking pictures would of made better evidence. I am not happy with the services received over the past 2 years. Experigreen should be able to have things under control by now.

Austin was great to work with. We used ExperiGreen at our old home and had great results. Now we moved into a new neighborhood that takes care of the lawncare and fertilizer. Our yard isn't the same, we signed up for the overseeding and liquid aeration to help get things back on track.

One of your employees came to my door soliciting despite a no soliciting sign. I was not home but my camera caught him walking through my yard instead of using the sidewalk. Why would I pay someone to attend to my yard when they don't respect other people's property or wishes? If this is not someone from this particular Experigreen location, then you should tell other locations you are giving the company a bad reputation.

We were not home when she started. I was on my way home from work and got a call from Jazlyn. She couldn't get our back gate open. I was 10 minutes out. She did the front yard and waited for me to get home. She had finished up the front yard and was waiting for me in her Truck. I want to thank her for being able to accommodate my needs! She is the best!!

My service has been very good. We talked about treating for grubs, which I do myself, and the appropriate time for treatment. Also was advised that a service trip will be provided to treat crsb grass and another weed along the border of the sidewalk on the Windmill Street side of property. Happy with lawn service.
