These guys messed up my lawn several weeks ago and it still looks like trash after being told it was temporary and “fixable”. Over fertilized in areas that killed my grass. No fertilizer in other areas so some areas are flush while others look like it’s dying. They came back to “fix” it 2 weeks ago and haven’t received a follow up call. I recently posted a poor review of Elyria’s TruGreen lawn service. In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. Best tree and lawn Care company there is. The owner is very knowledgeable about all varieties of species from weeds to trees. He can diagnose anything and treat it right on the spot. My lawn was suffering terribly and I felt so helpless. After a couple years with Evergreen and following their direction closely, my lawn has done a complete 180. I have had issues with my lawn with Mother Nature being the cause and Evergreen has been there to advise and address each problem. They have had a lot of patience with me and I appreciate how quickly they return my calls
Employees are great and their service is awesome. Quality work and great prices make this an amazing place to do landscape or lawn care business. Would definitely reccomend to anyone who appreciates a job well done.
