Stay away. They don’t communicate! I tried several times to get them to show up the time that they promise but they show up whenever they want. I have a duplex that had an infestation. I gave them I time my tenants will be home. They show up at a different time and when tenants are gone they only spray outside the house and leave. I spoke to managers, tech, and the supervisor. We have been using Terminix for several years. Jessica performed our quarterly service and did a great job. She reviewed the basement for issues - finding none. Yay! She then completed the treatment around the perimeter of the house. When she finished, we had a question about another service we receive. She didn't know the answer but said she would get it and let me know. Within 30 minutes she texted me with the answer. We are very pleased with the service we received from Jessica and Terminix.

Sarah H. Returned to recheck our indoor and outdoor mice traps. She was instrumental in identifying the initial problems we had in the attic and around the house. This visit she again found issues that needed addressed and she made recommendations and adjustments. She is a true professional.
