I would recommend staying away from this company. If your lawn care service is purchased by this company I would recommend canceling them and monitor whether they continue to "provide" service and continue to charge you. Horrible experience, I did aeration with them last year. This year they "auto renew" your services, and try to come out to do it without your approval, and send you charges. Keep in mind I have fresh week old grass seed in my yard, and their machines would have destroyed all of it. Then they send you to a "retention team" to harass you over canceling services, a service you dont even ask for. Ive never left a bad review on Google once, ever, until today.
