Have used Creature Catchers numerous times over the years. Always extremely prompt and reliable. Chris is 1,000% the guy you want on the job. Cannot recommend enough. Best service in the region.

Chris has been our go-to guy for varmint control for many years. He's always quick to respond, and he always gets his varmint. Our varmint population exploded this year - between the chipmunks and the raccoons, our gardens were being destroyed. So we called Chris. Same fast response and outstanding service as always. Chris has gotten everything under control. Five stars aren't enough for the excellent service that Chris provides. He really knows his stuff. If you have a varmint problem CALL CHRIS!!

I am a long time customer of Creature Catchers. They have always provided outstanding services and very fast response time when I have issues with raccoons, groundhogs and skunks living under my deck. I highly recommend this company.

We have asked for help from Creature Catchers a second time. The first time we had raccoons and a opossum, this time mice. We could not ask for better service from the owner. Even though mice are not wildlife, he spent quite a bit of time giving me instructions on how to begin the battle. One cannot live surrounded by trees with out having some company on speed dial to help deal with critters. Creature Catchers is on my phone.

If you have critters you don't want he's your guy! Prompt service and great communication. I called several places and either got no call back or 1 1/2 weeks before they would come out. It took several weeks and finally got the pests removed. Support a local small business!

Came out quickly when no one else could make time. Friendly. Got the job done reasonably with no fuss and installed what we needed to prevent it in the future. Could not recommend more.

Creature Catchers of Columbus LTD answered the phone and had someone out to set traps the same day. They were responsive and listened to my concerns and changed strategies when I discovered that we had a raccoon problem rather than a squirrel problem. They came to my residence within a 1/2 hour when a raccoon got trapped in my trashcan. I highly recommend this service.

On 2/1 early in the morning my child noticed a skunk walking up to our house and going into a hole under our porch. After a quick search, I opted to call Creature Catchers and leave a message, hoping for a call back later that day. Chris picked up the phone directly and told me he would be out to set some traps. Not two hours later, he arrives with two traps. He explained the process to me, and was transparent with pricing, which I appreciated. He set the traps, and the only thing I had to do each morning was text him "Catch" or "No Catch" by 8:00 AM. By the 6th, we had no catch, so Chris came back to my house and re-baited the traps, and added some items in front of the hole, so I could report if there was any disruption by the hole - this would give us an indication if the skunk was a "regular" at my house. This morning I peeked out the door, and we had a CATCH! I messaged Chris and he came out this morning to complete the removal process. I will be keeping his card handy in case we have additional visitors over time. Chris is so easy to work with, explains everything he is doing, and is FAST with communication. He has been in this business for 30 years, and is very professional. I am grateful to have found his service and cannot recommend him enough for your job. THANK YOU, CHRIS!

Chris with Creature Catchers was fantastic. He was available when no other services were able to help us and he was very knowledgeable. There was urgency to resolve the problem and he responded promptly, taking care of the bat issue.

Woke up to a bat in my house, gave Creature Catchers a call and within an hour he was at my house and the bat removed! Excellent service, would highly recommend.

Chris was awesome! He assessed the situation over the phone, came out the next day and had the family of squirrels out of my attic within a week. He is knowledgeable and kind, as well as communicative and prompt. I definitely recommend him.

Service received: Bat Eviction. I paid over $2000: $203 for inspection plus $1,901.68 for the service. Inspection: they took a peek (didn’t even go up inside the attic) to confirm what I already knew ( that I have bats in my attic). If they had gone up in there they could had perhaps seen entry of other animals but they didn’t. Eviction: They arrived with a young guy who climbed up in the roof used silicone to patch holes and installed (3) acrylic pipes for the bats to exit. The whole job took 1 hour. Today, 3 years later I still have the acrylic pipes up on my roof. One of them was installed on a decline so, as you can imagine I get some water through that one. Not to mention being on a decline bats could possibly get back in (this Is what I was told today by another company “SCRAM” that I had over to inspect for squirrels). Also, they are supposed to remove these pipes but they never did, Chris said those stay there for life…. So far, my experience with SCRAM has been outstanding. They charged $89 for the inspection today. They climbed up and thoroughly inspected my attic in detail, took pictures and got a through report of the situation. The cost is 5 times less expensive than what Creature Catchers charged me.
