Classic bait and switch... I was quoted 150 by a rep named Corwin, took 4 days to send the contract over, when he did it was 250. I complained to the manager and they were clueless, no idea who is in the field or what they are quoting... He showed up and I said i'm paying 150 that is what you quoted, he said screw you, have a nice day then hung up on me. What a great way to do business..

Jimmy Klempay came out to take care of yellow Jackets nest in the soffit on corner of house. He also took care of paper wasps that were nesting where fascia had been blown off. Very friendly and professional did a fantastic job!!! Thank You Jimmy

I recently posted a poor review of Elyria’s TruGreen lawn service. In the post I explained that the tech that shows up to treat your lawn is never the same, disallowing the all-important customer relationship to be established. In my review, I recommended Central Exterminating as a company/service they should emulate. Our CE tech Jimmy is very professional and responsive to the customer-even offering me his cell number in the event I have problems that may arise before my next scheduled service. Kudos to Central Exterminating and Jimmy- you do a great job! I will be continuing my service next season as well. TruGreen? One season and I am done with them.
