I would never recommend this company to anyone. I was totally misled about what services we were receiving. We thought we were paying $59 for a monthly visit which is reasonable but they were only coming out quarterly and I was paying monthly. That price was completely ridiculous. When I cancelled their service once I figured out what was going on they then billed me $270 for cancellation. After their salesman had told me we could stop services at anytime. These people are crooked to the core.

Donny was GREAT! He called when he was almost to my house to let me know he was on his way. He was super friendly and made sure to address each of my concerns. We are dealing with spring ants and he made sure to set traps where my kitties and dogs couldn't get them. Before he left he asked if there was anything else I needed and even offered to put salt on the slippery parts of my driveway! A true gentleman! Insight is such a good company with truly wonderful people!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! Aside from their ineffective products, their salesmen will mislead you with a smile on their face. This NOT a month-to-month service as outlined and they do not cover all the pests described by the salesman. They will also charge you hundreds of dollars to cancel their service. They even cancelled the service and charged me without my confirmation. Extremely immoral business practices. These guys are the true pests!
