I contacted Heights pest control to deal with a mouse issue, they were able to come that same day. Jim was very knowledgeable personable and explained everything he found as we inspected the house. Danny took care of the outside and did find an area where Mice may have gotten in and sealed it. He also sprayed the house and took extra care to avoid hitting the many flowers that I plant in my garden beds and around the house. Hoping I won’t have to call again about any mice, but their work is guaranteed for one year just in case.

Jim is great! He truly is an expert, he knows what he's doing and how to fix the problem. Reliable, professional, top-notch!

We stayed in a guest house where tiny insects were found in the bathroom and near window corners, which was uncomfortable. The pest control team arrived quickly and inspected both rooms and drainage points. They treated hidden areas and sprayed carefully without affecting guests nearby. The smell faded quickly and didn’t cause any disturbance. By the next day, insect activity reduced significantly. It would have been better if they had explained prevention steps more clearly, but the immediate result was impressive and improved the stay experience.

Mice in my unattached garage we're getting into my cars. They chewed plastic gas lines and air filters. They built nests in heating ducts and other areas causing over $2000 worth of damage over several years. I tried everything thanks to the internet. Since working with Heights Pest Control and following their recommendations, I have not seen any evidence of mice in my cars or garage.

Very professional and detailed Jim looked inside and outside leaving no more entry points for potential future issues and placed traps/poison in areas they could be. I have full confidence this will prevent future issues as well as remove the current issue. He also pointed out a carpenter ant problem and offered a solution to take care of it right away. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on how the products worked and explained them well. Also comes with a one year warranty for piece of mind if an issue comes up.

For a mice in my house, before this year (2026), the last time I used Heights Pest Control was in 2022. That's much time passed before I saw another mouse. This year, Jim came out and was very thorough. He put our bait and filled entry points to keep mice out. I have no doubt it will, once again, before I need Heights Pest Control again. This was my first time using Heights Pest Control. Jim was incredibly thorough in his inspection, friendly, and helpful. He found all the ways mice were getting into our home.
