Very professional and courtesy. Ryan was my tech and he went above and beyond my expectations. Explain all the process and steps to take to prevent bugs from entering the house. No push to upgrade or to sell me anything extra. Gave me all the facts and let me decide on what I wanted and when. Glad I called them. And it says a lot for them to have 4.9 stars from 133 reviews. I brought my home in 2018 and was looking for a pest control company. I did not want to work with a big company with crazy prices that wasn't personal. I did my research and read reviews. I can honestly say I'm so glad I chose Mr. Pest Control. I've never had any issues and even though the economy has changed the prices are still reasonable. Jason came out Friday and was awesome. Happy to have switched to you guys. I really don't ask for much from my pest control folks...just spray for bugs. Thank you for doing that and keeping it simple. These guys also checked out my crawl space and did a quick eval of the area to give me the info I needed to make informed decisions on moisture protection and urgency of situation. Thank you for putting my mind at ease and not witholding pest control until I bought more services. Chris the bug guy was great!

The guy came out and charged us $180 to treat the yellow jacket nest in our yard and he told my husband that he would have to dig it up himself but he said he usually does it. Wouldn’t recommend. He got the money but only did half of his job we paid him.

We are so sorry for your negative experience. We strive to give all our customers a 5-star treatment with positive results.<br>We do not dig up yellow jacket nest that are in the ground. This treatment was completed during the day while some of the yellow jackets are out foraging. The goal is to have the ones that are out foraging return to the nest to come in contact with the chemical. If the technician did not properly explain the service, we will take care of that on our end. We do apologize that you feel only half of the service was completed. Please feel free to give us a call to resolve the issue!
