Dixie Love Bug Pest Control

I’ve been using Dixie Love Bug for over a year now and they do much better work than the previous pest control company who serviced my home, thorough and educational, very knowledgeable about proper treatments and remedies. Chad takes pride in his work and represents the company well. A+++

Witnessed the owner verbally accost a lowes employee doing her job and at times become physically demonstrative in his gestures in an attempt to threaten the employee. I never do this but people need to aware who they allow in their home. He obviously has no respect for women or people in retail simply doing their jobs. Disgusting behavior.

They were very informative , friendly, & prompt. The treatment they did for fire ants & gnats around the perimeter of my home has worked so far.

Absolutely the best!!! Cliff, Chad, Ray and Susan go above and beyond helping us!! I know Grandma and I drive them crazy, but they still put up with us! I’ll call and say I got an ant problem. Susan will ask inside or out? I’ll say outside!! I saw one on the deck!!😳 then they come with flashlights, pumps, sprays etc ….. who you gonna call? ………DIXIE LOVE BUG!!

They do my quarterly treatment. This last time I told them I was having a carpenter bee issue. I am not kidding when I tell you the man was on his hands and knees looking under my front deck and found places I didn't even know there were bees. He killed over 50 bees for us that day and treated to keep them from keeping their homes. Awesome company.

Said they would call back and try to be out the next day, didn’t come out or call. Called numerous times since trying to schedule with absolutely no response. Terrible customer service.

One of the best pest control companies in town and they're super Veteran and friendly. A highly recommend using them.
