Beware! Very unresponsive and unreliable. They make appointments and don't show up, they don't respond to inquiries at all. I have been paying extra for boathouse treatment monthly, for the past year, and have only received one treatment, last August. Read the contract, if you can actually get one. I have been requesting one to review since last August, and have yet to see it. You pay monthly, but they only treat quarterly, and only between May and October, and only then if the technician that shows up is certified to use the chemical. I was finally due a second treatment in May this year, but the technician never showed up, and when they rescheduled in June, the technician said he wasn't certified to use the chemical so all he could do was brush the webs down with a broom. There are lots better choices out there!

Martin Exterminating is not a trustworthy or reliable company to do business with. They do NOT stand by their word at upholding their contracts. This company has basically ripped me off when they damaged my washing machine, leaving me a measly $75 to replace it. I am not an appliance repair person. The ONLY repair person in this area will charge $350 for this repair. And, it seems that the overweight employee who stepped on my washing machine didn’t care if he damaged it. Martin Exterminating insisted to check in my attic for mice. The access to the attic in my house is through the ceiling above the washer/dryer closet. The technician who accessed the attic stepped on and dented the lid to the washing machine. Although the technician said that the damage would be fixed, it has not yet been fixed. This damage occurred in February and it is now April. I guess they aren’t going to fix this damage. Really disappointed…Every time I call to ask about repair, someone just takes a message. No one has gotten back to me about repair. After not receiving any response about payment to me for repair of my washing machine, I called your office yesterday. The person that I spoke with had no knowledge of any payment due to me of said repair. Who ever I spoke with on a Bradenton, Florida phone call told me that I would be sent the money for the repair (replacement) of the washing machine lid. I am not an appliance repair person. There is only one appliance repair person in this area. The estimate that I have received from him is for $350. If you would like me to forward that estimate to you, I would be glad to. Now, I see that your company is attempting to “deal” with this damage that your employee has done to my washing machine with a payment to me for $75. Wow.

Unfortunately, during the inspection, the lid was accidentally dented. He immediately took responsibility and offered to replace it at our expense.<br><br>We ordered a replacement lid directly from the manufacturer, but unfortunately, the shipment was lost in transit — which we communicated to you promptly. At that point, you requested that we cover the cost of a third-party appliance repair person. However, the amount requested exceeded the value of the replacement part and the repair work required. The lid itself only costs $74, and our team includes professionals capable of installing it quickly and correctly at no additional charge to you.<br><br>We did send you a check to cover the cost of the lid, and we offered to install it as soon as it arrived. You declined both options, and we respect your decision, though we wish we could have resolved this more directly.<br><br>We stand by our commitment to making things right for our customers and are always ready to help when given the opportunity. YOU LEFT HALF THE INSULATION IN MY ATTIC. THIS IS EDITED BASED ON OWNERS RESPONSE. SQUARE FOOTAGE IN ATTIC WAS 1750 AND THEY LEFT CLOSE TO 500 LOL. YALL ARE HILARIOUS. Would never recommend them to anyone. The sales rep marks up jobs with 50-75% profit and they lie on what they say they are going to do. Even had it in writing they don't follow through on what they promise. Even lied about things that were verified as complete lies. Owner is very nice, technicians are very nice, gals in the office are very nice but they don't deliver. 0 stars for sure if I could. Not happy at all with them and would definitely never recommend them.

We communicated clearly that we could not continue the work under those conditions, as having a client directing our crew on-site can introduce liability issues and disrupt our workflow.<br><br>We do appreciate your acknowledgment that the owner and our technicians were courteous and professional—that means a lot to us.<br><br>Ultimately, we’re sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations. I was not satisfied with end results. After numerous attempts to get problem corrected. Not satisfied. Contacted them to see what credits could be given only to get a 90.00 credit which I still haven't received. I would not recommend this business at all. Only thing I can say good is the technicians with one exception were super nice and professional. I'll miss them.

Since significant time had passed before your cancellation, a direct refund wasn’t possible, so a check was processed and is scheduled to arrive 02/20/24 (confirmation P25021302-4870647), as communicated by our team.<br><br>Your ongoing rodent issue stems from unsealed foundation vents and a crawl space door, which we first identified in July 2024. While we provided multiple free services (which we typically do not offer due to this very reason) and some complimentary exclusion work, fully sealing these areas is necessary for complete control. A standard pest plan does not cover foundation vent replacement or crawl space door installation, as these require additional materials and labor. We offered several free alternative solutions, but the issue persists due to unsealed entry points.<br><br>Additionally, your March 2023 insulation and moisture control work was unrelated to rodent control. Our inspection at that time found no rodent activity, and a full encapsulation (which included rodent-proofing) was offered but you declined this preventative service at that time. Requesting a refund for unrelated work completed two years ago due to a later rodent issue is not reasonable.<br><br>We’ve made every effort to assist, including several free services, but without full exclusion work, no pest control company can fully resolve the issue. If you reconsider, we’d be happy to help.
