Martin Exterminating is not a trustworthy or reliable company to do business with. They do NOT stand by their word at upholding their contracts. This company has basically ripped me off when they damaged my washing machine, leaving me a measly $75 to replace it. I am not an appliance repair person. The ONLY repair person in this area will charge $350 for this repair. And, it seems that the overweight employee who stepped on my washing machine didn’t care if he damaged it. Martin Exterminating i

Carlos arrived on time and prepared to do the job. He was friendly and professional. As seen, he sprayed the interior of the house, wiped down webs around the exterior, viewed the closest area of the attic he could see from the ladder and threw poison packets inside. Showed me the station and told me he was going to place it behind the house. He informed me that he was going to check out the crawl space and throw some poison in there as well (I did not actually see but assumed he did it). Did no
Mr. Colton Powell, is very,good at what he does. He took his time to explain to me what he was doing and what he was planning on putting down on the outside of my house as well as the inside. He even cleaned the Cobb webs around the outside of the house. Colton is a good person and hes great at what he does. He answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were. His company he works for has a great employee. He's also a very polite young man. I can't say enough good things about him. Colton
