If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Still had bugs everywhere after their services. I canceled the service and they still continued to charge me. They did not notify me and then sent those payments to a debt collector. I had perfect credit until them. Then when i called the lady was extremely rude and told me basically to go fly a kite. WORST pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPAN

On October 5, 2020 I called to cancel our service on our previous home. I informed the lady that answered the phone that we were selling our home and would no longer need the termite service. I asked that the service be stopped on October 9th. She told me that she would make a note and that it would be done. On December 4th I received an email with an invoice for $89.30 for service performed that day. I immediately called to dispute the charges since I had called on October 5th and cancell
