Had a great experience with Arborscapes - SavATree having a very large Poplar tree that was dead and leaning on a large Oak taken down. It was a complicated job. Showed up on time, prioritized safety and efficiency, communicated well. Excellent work! Would highly recommend!

There is no other company that I will use other than SavATree (Arborscapes). This company has done numerous large tree removals and have always brought their best teams out. They have always been reliable, efficient and the most friendly group of professionals that show up and complete the work with care and safety that’s required. Shout out to Matt Davenport - he has always given me sound advice to make our property the best it could ever look - he is also the only person that is allowed to touch our treasured Japanese maple tree too!

They took down 3big tree’s and ground the stumps out! Fiedal and his crew did a fantastic job taking down the trees! The man who did the stumps was great too!

The arborist and crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They do excellent work. They have done tree pruning, dead tree removal, cutting large hedges back to manageable height, and tree and shrub treatments for health. We have worked with the for quite a few years.

Arborscape/Savatree is a top company. Everything went perfectly. From the quote to the scheduling to the job. They removed a tree very close and over my house that could not safely be done with a crane. And they did a masterful job. Fidel and his crew knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. I found the pricing to be competitive and the staff were friendly and professional. John was responsive, answered all my questions and took the time to find the best solution. Fidel and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time, went through the work step by step to ensure we understood what was being done. No damages or issues while they were here. We will use them again for sure!

They informed us they were cancelling our service out of the blue. No call just an email. Have said we have 30 days to find a replacement. This is after a decade of maintaining our yard and other projects. I reached out to them and no one returned my emails or calls. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Cannot recommend them to anyone given the way they treated us.

I contracted for the service in the middle of summer when the trees were in full bloom. Paid half upfront and thought the service would be early November. The service took place after all the leaves were gone, and the trees were completely bare. I have absolutely no idea if the service they provided is what I wanted. For the money I paid, someone should’ve understood my reservations. To top it off, they didn’t tell me that I would be charged for the second half of service without being notified. Worked out OK, but it could’ve been bad.

Since being acquired by SavATree I would never recommend Arborscapes. I have used them four times in the past and they were great. I used them after being acquired and every step of the process was painful at best. They left a mess in my neighbors yard for me to clean up. They took the tree out and did what they were supposed to but the complete process was so time consuming and communication was terrible. They left a messy job site with small branches and left over limbs for me to clean up. Arborscapes was great before.....I would never contact them again after seeing all of the changes from SavATree.

Last August an arborist from Arborscapes provided an estimate for several dead trees/limbs to be removed from our backyard and said they would discount the cost if we wait until December. In December a crew, not including the arborist, asked me which trees needed to be cut/trimmed. It was surprising to me that the crew did not have detailed notes from the arborist's visit. Being December, I couldn't remember which trees needed to be cut since none had leaves on them, so I did my best to remember. However, this spring, it became obvious we missed a big dead tree, so I asked Arborscapes to come out and complete the job. The manager said they would not do it for free but would offer a drastic discount. They offered to remove the tree for another $1000. Note the original estimate was $1000 to cut down five (5) trees, now the manager is quoting the same cost for one tree, one that should have been included in the original work. I found this practice unprofessional, dishonest, and disingenuous; and will not refer anyone to Arborscapes nor use them again unless they rectify the situation. I don't typically write reviews and would not have done this unless I felt the situation was egregious. SEE RESPONSE FROM THEM BELOW: CALL US TO "RECTIFY" THE SITUATION. I CALLED THEM AND THEY DID NOTHING. MORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM Arborscapes. ADMITTEDLY IT WAS A GOOD MOVE FOR THEM TO POST A RESPONSE, HOPING EVERYONE WOULD SEE THEIR BENEVOLENCE. But they did NOTHING.

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE GOT

May do great work but they need to work on their driving skills. Almost ran myself and child off the road on the interstate today. Weaving in and out of traffic and not using turn signals in Rock Hill. No job is THAT important to risk lives.
