I contracted for the service in the middle of summer when the trees were in full bloom. Paid half upfront and thought the service would be early November. The service took place after all the leaves were gone, and the trees were completely bare. I have absolutely no idea if the service they provided is what I wanted. For the money I paid, someone should’ve understood my reservations. To top it off, they didn’t tell me that I would be charged for the second half of service without being notified.
