First, I was quoted a smaller price on the phone than I received after my home was sprayed. I was very surprised at the price. Home was sprayed for gnats and Palmetto Bugs. Just days later, saw more gnats and called the company back. I was not notified of this visit!! It was not scheduled! I paid $125.00 on June 3,2025 for an inspection which includes an inspection inside the house! NOT a 2 minute walk around the outside of my house when we are not home to say everything is good and receive a bill for $125.00!! Also the home phone number on the bill is incorrect!! That was changed years ago with Union Exterminating!

He deserves a large bonus for the grief I gave him. The real fault lies with Lookout for their very poor customer service. Failure to contact the customer in advance to arrange a date and time is a major customer service failure on your part. You can't expect a customer to sit at home all day waiting for a tech to show up.
