Outside is fun again! I used to not be able to step outside in the summer without being eaten up by mosquitoes. Now I can go out with no worries. Our technician, Carl, is always super nice and professional always making sure we haven’t had any issues since our last treatment. And the office staff are super nice and helpful as well! Brandon from Mosquito Joe does a thorough job. He doesn't take long to leave us mosquito-free. Since he's been coming out, we've been able to sit on our front porch without getting bitten. We're happy!

Service tech arrived and sat in his truck for 20 minutes (timed). Hurried around our house spraying for just 6 minutes. Passed by areas in the backyard and sprayed almost nothing in the front. I thought he did the same quick job on the last service, so I watched and timed his lack of effort today. And he left the gate to our backyard open.

Always a great job and on time !!! Answers calls, texts and emails after normal business hours. A pleasure to do business with. My backyard is fun again !!! Thank you Don and your team.

Mosquito Joe provides an effective and reliable service in managing our mosquito problem throughout the season. Staff are courteous and professional and communication is first rate.

The treatments are certainly effective I can't deny that. They even did an additional spraying free of charge when I reported one of the treatments was ineffective. The only issue I have is that you HAVE to call to prevent them from rescheduling you after paying. Even if you prepay for a fixed amount of services they will keep coming and they won't verbally tell you this. They do tell you in the email confirmation but I just wish they would've done a better job a communicating that to me. If you have the ability to randomly call to ask "how I'm liking the service" you DEFINETLY have the ability to call and ask "do you want to continue". But to just send me an email and show up to my house regardless if I confirm or not is rather obnoxious. I would've been significantly happier if "I" had to call to get more treatments rather than having to call "them" to cancel. And honestly I wouldn't mind the hidden subscription if I at least received a call/text confirmation from someone like "hey, you have a service coming up and its NOT prepaid, please confirm". which would prevent all of this AND it's how they normally communicate anyways. Instead I got just two emails and I can't help but think that was done deliberately. I get it, it's a seasonal business, the smartest thing to do is to get them to pay as much as they can upfront and keep charging them later. In fact they'd likely make LESS money if they called to ask folks if they wanted to continue. Regardless, I really didn't like that surprise invoice. I thought it was a shady practice and some questionable integrity. I think that's reasonable. The service is great otherwise.
