My home had a mold issue, and while some companies tried to fleece me with exorbitant quotes, Clegg's took care of the problem in a thorough, professional manner at a reasonable cost. Rob Strauss and his team communicated closely with me and was always on top of things. Highly recommended.

The service is good. The workers are comprehensive. They communicate well. The only suggestion I have is for the company to notify me prior to a worker coming to my home. It could be a simple email or text.

I recently received a bill in the mail for services I had no knowledge of. My previous pet terminator at Clegg’s always called before coming to my home and even informed me when he was retiring, letting me know someone else would be taking his place. However, out of nowhere, I received a bill stating that services had been completed—yet I have no idea what was done. I reviewed my security camera footage, and no one was seen at my property during the time they claimed to have been there. I’m home most days and never heard a knock at the door. The rodent boxes in my garage remain untouched. I’ve repeatedly called the company to address this issue, but each time, they promise to call me back and never do. I have yet to receive any explanation for the bill or what I’m supposedly paying for. It’s incredibly disappointing to be misled by a company I once trusted.
