While renovating my older home, I needed to update the termite bonds in order to receive my certificate of occupancy. I explained this situation clearly to the salesperson, Brian, and that the termite bonds were simply something I needed installed in order to meet the requirement. I give 3 stars to be in the middle for a total review. Customer service is excellent. The techs are excellent. I give 1 star for price and overall satisfaction. My plan is $60 a month. Yet my house is serviced either every 2 or 3 mos. Why charge for the months with no service? Then to not have such great results is frustrating. Still had some bug pest issues. If I pay every month? I feel my house should be treated every month.

Zachary was our tech and did a great job. He was professional, arrived at the scheduled time and did the work that we agreed. It's been a few days now and haven't seen any bugs, so hopefully that remains through the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors!
