Edit: I don’t like doing this but when they completely ignore the customer and don’t answer calls then and don’t show up when scheduled, then I think the business has gone to pot. I’m on a service plan. Todd was coming every other month. I got the automated text saying that he would be here at a certain date and time. I texted him and asked if he could do something while he’s here. Crickets…. I tried calling several times over the next 2 weeks. He never showed up or called me back. That is very poor service. I was on a service plan for over a year and sounds like I’m just dropped off the plan without any explanation. I hate writing reviews like this especially when the first year was so great. First review: Todd is awesome! Great guy and company! Wonderful service and very professional! I would highly recommend him over any other pest control service. Rarely see any critters since we changed over to him last year. Thanks Todd!
