I had these guys out to handle some wasp and yellow jackets exterminating. I’m allergic so this was time sensitive. They were here immediately and very sensitive to my situation. I felt like I was in great hands. They exceeded my expectations with their prompt extermination and vast knowledge of these insects and how they populate so quickly. I was definitely impressed. While I had them out I asked for termite inspection as well. So far so good but it doesn’t hurt to pay the extra few bucks I’d rather be on top of that issue living with so much wood than to be caught off guard. Once you have a terminate problem it’s already too late. Keep that in mind. Again thank you Superior Pest Management for an outstanding job. I won’t ever use anyone else.

Jolene is rude, unprofessional and lacks in customer service skills. Services have really went down since Devon left and how Jolene spoke rudely about him shows the type of person she is and a company that i won't continue to give my business to.

While I understand your frustration, I want to clarify that during inclement weather, we often use granular products that either require moisture to activate or remain effective even in up to six inches of water. Jolene explained that, due to your busy schedule, we had planned on proceeding with the service for this afternoon as you confirmed. This would have allowed us to address the interior treatment while you were on-site, and, if the weather did not permit exterior treatment, we could schedule a return visit at no additional cost — which would not require your presence and would help alleviate future scheduling concerns.<br><br>Throughout the call, Jolene remained professional. Based on our review, it appears there may have been a misunderstanding, as the tone and content of your review do not align with the interaction my office staff relayed to me. <br><br>We do understand that service expectations can vary. However, it’s important to note that our records reflect prior concerns raised with several technicians, including myself and Davon. In some cases, frustration arose when certain requests could not be met exactly as specified. We have been with SPM since our first home and then kept them for our second. A total of almost 10 years. His wife or receptionist was always very short and rude as other reviews have stated. Service was spotty never consistent. Being loyal and wanting to support a family business we asked them to service our third home. They sent an email stating they choose to no longer service our family without an explanation. I find this to be very unprofessional and reading all the negative reviews I can see Im not the only one.

Same issues as others. They give you a window of time, then show up early and only perform the outside service. The owner is incredibly rude if you say anything about their service. Would not use them again!

The owner is terribly rude and unprofessional. I have been using their services for 5 years+. In all those years, I had one grievance. It’s not the grievance that matters, it’s how it is handled. She called me back 90 days after the grievance and she is rude right at the onset of the conversation. She is so determined to be right, that she doesn’t empathize or show value to me as a loyal client. I felt unheard and unvalued. I hope no one else has to deal with her if they experience a problem with their service. I am still in shock at how I was treated. Good riddance.

Worse company I have dealt with, I rent out a few homes and wanted them treated and checked just a basic pest control appointment. Well started out ok then they missed the appointment & never called to reschedule. They tried to say they went and finished the work and spray down, but I was at the empty home the whole day and my other 2 tenants said no one showed up either. I figured just a mistake on dates, I called the office the woman was just rude told me I needed to sign a contract for quarterly appts so I asked just for a refund and I would find another place to just do a one time check and treatment & I had to contact the BBB for my refund to even come back. HORRIBLE scam.

Mrs. Sacnlon I believe you have expressed your dissatisfaction for another Superior Pest location. We don’t have any record of ever providing you with a service. Not to mention all of our service vehicles are outfitted with GPS trackers so it would be easy to show our technician me time in and out of any account they visit. We also photograph the front of serviced structures for documentation that the correct structure was treated. Lastly we do not provide onetime services (that is a service without a signed service agreement) and not collect payment at the time of service. I would ask you kindly to leave your review with the proper company or call me to discuss.

I never thought a small business would be willing to sacrifice their integrity for a dishonest customer. I am a tenant and currently have a judgement against my landlord for having to live with roaches for the past year. My landlord made an appointment off the record (20 days before the end of a year long lease!) and AFTER I brought it to her attention, she proceeded to call the office and make the appointment official. The inspector (Jose) said he found roach feces but there was no reason for him to believe there was an infestation (total contradiction) I have continued to see roaches multiple times since the inspection and have time stamped photos to prove it. As the tenant, I have had the entire past year of my life compromised and negatively affected because of this problem. I have a 2 year old and it brings me to tears thinking about how I have had to sacrifice taking pictures of him and instead have to make sure I have enough storage to take pictures of roaches!! I was able to prove infestation and negligence once and will have no problem doing it again but it baffles me as to why this company would want to lie about our situation. I have called the office multiple times to speak to the owner or a supervisor but have not received a call back. If you are a landlord and need someone to lie in your favor so you don't have to be responsible for pest control, call Superior Pest Management.
