My service tech, Mike Boone, has been our tech for the last 6 or 7 years and has never failed to do such a phenomenal job; he is very professional and very customer-oriented, and his passion for his work is reflected in the way he does his job. he is kind, friendly, and we thank God for his service.

Builder/buyer/seller beware. I would not recommend using May Exterminating. I build homes from North Carolina all the way down to South Carolina. I've let May treat some of our homes here in the Richlands Nc area. They are very unorganized, rude and disrespectful. We called office, emailed and have contacted our attorney. They are billing for properties that don't exist or that I've never owned. Treating properties in the construction phases, which I and my superintendents check and confirm treatments along with county or city inspections checking treatments aswell. Passing inspections with the treatment certificates. Then, at closings they lie and act like they have not been treated at all. We always pay our invoices in full. Please folks there are alot of good termite companies out here. Don't become a victim of May Exterminating the way I did.

I've been using May Exterminating since 2011 and they have been always on time and professional. Mike is the inspector that comes out to inspect our home and he's professional always on time and respectful; highly recommend him.

Mr.Mike Boone has been inspecting our house since we moved in the said house in 2014. He is friendly explaining to us what ever question we have regarding pest controls, what and not what to do, He is friendly and always have that smiling face that you will feel comfortable to ask questions. He goes around the house inspecting with his flashlight. He always comes on the time we scheduled. He comes and leaves with a happy face.

Today, as every July, Mike Boone shows up on time and in a very pleasant mood. I really appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.
