We like to add another comment. We are still very pleased with the service we receive from Scott Fenn our service person. Today when you’re considering a company it’s very important you consider the whole company, can you reach them by phone? Do they work with you when things pop up? Can you reach other departments without having to press a whole bunch of numbers to hopefully talk to someone. It is all these reasons even 3 yrs later we can rate this company #1 plus the excellent service. 3-26

If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE Dodson Pest Control. They have been incredibly rude to me and especially my mother in law. When she had a concern that her dog was getting sick from the spray, the consultant dismissed her completely. Charged her $70 for them to spray her front door only, and she called today and the receptionist called her "a peach" amongst other rude comments. Told her are you SURE they didn't spray her backyard, that's locked with a pad lock...so no they didn't. Co

Dodson Pest Control came by and sprayed several times without me scheduling an apointment or anybody being home to open the doors for an interior treatment while I was out of the country. This racked up a large bill which I happily paid because I was told that I could schedule an interior treatment free or charge when I returned to the country. I called as soon as I returned home from deployment to schedule an interior treatment and was told that interior treatments were optional and could only
