I have had Davenport Environmental service for almost 6years and their whole Team have been exceptional in their professionalism and responsiveness. Brain Goparian has developed an Outstanding Team that has always responded to my request and also my neighbors who has their service within a two day period and generally sooner, depending on weather. Today I’am having the infiltration of weeds that are usually occur annually or brought into the neighborhood by the mow, blow and go contingency. If not reacted to on a timely manner my lawn would be a disaster. I am happy to say that with Bill and his Team and their advice as well as their due diligence a catastrophe has been avoided . My lawn has gone from a new build construction lawn of laid over sod and weeds (6 years ago) to the look it has today, thanks to Davenport Environmental ( see pictures below). Thank You Bill and your Team for their support, advice and remedy to fix and control the issue/s. I will continue to use them for the next Six Years + and highly recommend the Davenport Team for your Lawn Care and Pest Control. Horrible service. Advised Davenport they need to spray the ENTIRE front lawn area as we agreed upon. The "Lawn Tech" every time was always in a hurry and as a result did a poor job. I am done wasting my money. NEVER AGAIN!

My yard has looked poor for a couple of years now. I called Davenport to cancel the service since it seemed to be doing no good. They sent out a supervisor named Brandon, who walked my yard with me and agreed how bad it was. One of my concerns is that as poorly as my lawn was doing, the technician who did my lawn never made recommendations to improve it. Brandon asked if they could give it another shot and I agreed. He did a treatment that day which seemed to help a little bit. Today, another crew came out and I noticed that they did not treat a full 1/3 of my lawn. When I confronted them about that, they showed me on some app that they were instructed not to cover the other 1/3. I went and found my original paperwork, which included the ENTIRE lawn. They simply asked if I would like someone to call ma and I said yes. Charging me full price and only doing 2/3 of the work is theft. I am angry and will be cancelling them. If you currently use them or plan to use them, be cautious, they are dishonest.

Customer Service is a lost art today and I guess some companies believe that customers need them rather than the opposite. I had an assistant manager not a manager or the owner tell me today that he was cancelling my service because I the customer was unhappy with their service. His solution was not to escalate to a manager or God forbid resolve the problem…..No it was to tell me he is cancelling my service…..I was shocked because I had the service for 5 years and yes I have had a complaint or two and yes I was unhappy but the response I was expecting, was resolution by Davenport Environmental and in the past that is what I got, not excuses or service cancellation and you know what, we continued to do business. However, today I was told and I am going to paraphrase “Because you are unhappy and the reason your grass is turning brown only in the back yard and not the front and the reason you have weeds only in the back yard and not front even though we have supposedly to have treated your yards for weeds as we always have done in the past……however, this time it is your lawn guy who cuts the grass fault. However, the problem is that he cuts the front yard too not just the back. So, in other words “ Mr. Assistant Manager, you are saying it’s my fault ( the customer) and your company has nothing to do with this issue, which by the way can be resolved at least that is what other lawn care companies told me today. Even Davenport has told me this in the past and guess what they resolved it in the past. But not today, I guess they have a limit on the number of complaints a customer can have and guess what, I reached mine today. So, maybe somebody in this company will be professional enough to reach out and apologize for this terrible customer service demonstrated by this assistant manager here in the Charlotte Office of Davenport Environmental…….I am sure Mr. Damon Davenport (the owner) would not appreciate his customers being treated this way. I guess I need to make some calls today so I can interview other Lawn Care companies that will value my business and loyalty because obviously this particular employee who is also a leader does not. Imagine what he is training others to do with unhappy customers…….YES, THATS RIGHT, IF THEY COMPLAIN…….CANCEL THEIR SERVICE! THAT WILL SHOW THEM…..WE DONT NEED THEM IF THEY CAN’T BE QUIET AND ACCEPT THE SERVICE WE GIVE THEM…….IN OTHER WORDS “ SHUT UP AND DRIBBLE! Have a blessed day yall! Sean S. Harrisburg, NC

Less than 15 min job , all recorded in my cameras and he never cover all the áreas . If the small fence is a problem to spray there . he can comunícate and i can remove it .i wish i look for those reviews before i get their service.

After pulling this tracking, our technician did treat the entire yard. I also offered a free of charge spot weed treatment to take care of any other weeds in the yard. We hope that you will accept this offer and allow us to continue servicing this beautiful property!

I have been a customer for 5years. Davenport will increase The cost every year without fail! I’ve had a reported issue with Weeds prior to winter last season, they are still there. When questioned about the increase they said “we can’t do anything about the rate, we can provide less”. I requested to cancel all service moving forward with them.. The attitude was it for me.. Looking for another service provider.

I called this morning to notify Davenporte of a portion of my yard that continues to not get serviced. Lots of weeds and invasive prickly bushes. The response continues to be “we will put a note on the account”. Same response this morning and when I said the note on the account doesn’t seem to be working Alec’s response was I can’t do anything else, you are in Fort Mill, we are in Raleigh. Extremely rude. Not how I expect to be treated after being a loyal customer. Found another company. Strongly recommend you do not use this lack of customer service company.

Terrible company and even there customer service knows it. I hired them for my yard and they sprayed one time and told me if in 10days of things did not get better call back for additional spraying. I called back and I guess I had waited to long and they said they could not do the additional spray because it was too close to my scheduled spraying. I understood and they said I would have my yard taken care of the next week. Fast forward almost 3 weeks with no spraying and when I call them I’m told “ oh your way past due”. The customer service woman was very nice and openly admitted to me that she doesn’t understand how they screw up so much. Use pretty much anyone else for your lawn care.

I use them for lawn care and pest control Last year they sprayed outside for ants Some how a large butterfly Bush died with in a week after they treated. Luckily two still survived Wasn’t sure that there preventive treatment caused it Now I’m not so sure the chemicals didn’t kill it Why because I had them back out less than a week ago and they sprayed around the house and front porch. All three of my hanging baskets that were on my front porch just died. I have been hanging baskets up for years and never had this happen. Notify customer service with issues. They said Bill the service manager would be calling of course he never did!!!! But the tech who came out (Dennis) called yelling and denying everything. Called me a liar and then hung up on me. Great customer service Wouldn’t recommend them They just aerated and broke a drain cover!!!!! Cancelled service!!!!!!!!

Over 18 months of paying ($50+ per month + a one time $250 aeration/seeding), this is how my lawn looks like. Every time I asked a tech who came to provide a service (every 45 days) why there were patches devoid of grass, each and every one said they didn't know and I should contact the company. I contacted Davenport Environmental, Bill/Service Mngr said Brian would stop by. Brian's assessment..."you need more irrigation" ... "and you should consider re-seeding/aeration in advance of the fall" (of course another $250). REALLY!! So I didn't need ur company's services all along and pay close to $1000...all I had to do is water my lawn more often. Frankly, I don't know what I'm getting for the money I'm paying, and the results speak for themselves. One of my neighbors shared with me that they discovered that Davenport Environmental WAS NOT providing the full service they had been promised. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! Their service is lackluster at best and not worth it. Will be cancelling the service later today.
