Paxton (service technician) does a great job every time he comes to my home. He is thorough. He does not rush through the appointment. He takes his time and I can tell he is doing everything he is supposed to be doing during his visit. He answers all of my questions. He also removes anything he sees in my attic. Paxton is really an asset to the company! The staff in the office are very easy to speak to when I call to set up appointments. I’m always told that if I have any problems a technician will come back out in between services.

Willie is great. He did our termite service and now our pest control. He is full of knowledge. I no longer have terminates and those gnats are no longer everywhere in my home. I have called the office a couple of times and my questions are always answered. Furthermore, I had a manager call me back with an answer. I would definitely recommend this Terminex office to everyone.
