I had to stop using Millennium pest after a few years of service due to the lack of time the technicians spent on our home. We had a quarterly spray and mosquito service package. I timed one of the technicians at 4 minutes and was just shocked at the time spent at our home. I contacted the company, they sent the same technician and we had the same result. It just seemed lacking any care for the job so we decided to go with another company.
We've had a fantastic experience with Avista Pest Control. Jason is truly outstanding — he consistently goes above and beyond our expectations. If we ever have an issue, he responds the same day and usually has someone out within a day or two to take care of it. Since we started using Avista, we've had minimal pest problems, which speaks to the quality of their work. It's clear Jason and his team are committed to providing reliable, top-tier service. First contact was with Angela. Fantastic customer service and pleasant conversation. Angela is the reason I chose to give AVISTA a try. CJ is the gentleman who showed up this morning. Very clean organized professional truck. That’s a good first impression. Avista, and Jason in particular have been amazing and have made me feel comfortable living in my home again. I never thought I would be the person that needs an ongoing pest control service, but I’m very glad I went with Avista. The problem and particular pest that I have been dealing are notoriously difficult to get rid of, and even more so if you live somewhere with shared walls, like myself in a townhome. I have used Millennium Pest Management for over 5 years and am so impressed by the caliber of people they employ. It is a small business and they put customer service at the top of their list. We do quarterly maintenance for our home and if anything pops up in the interim, a quick call to their cheerful staff results in a timely appointment to come out and address the issue. They are a delight to work with and are very thorough -they even brush out cob webs under our 25ft plus roof line. Rec
