First contact was with Angela. Fantastic customer service and pleasant conversation. Angela is the reason I chose to give AVISTA a try. CJ is the gentleman who showed up this morning. Very clean organized professional truck. That’s a good first impression. Second, CJ rang the bell, this being his first visit, he wanted to introduce himself and ask if I’d like an explanation as to how he would work and would be happy to answer any questions that I might have. Fantastic service and kind person. Couldn’t provide a better beginning to a business relationship. Thanks guys! Well thank God for Avista!! Not one thing even remotely bad about this company. When people talk about how things used to be back in the day? How people took pride in their work and treated you like you mattered to them? They are describing Avista today. Call customer service? Gold star Home service? Gold star Have a bug question? Man they got the Emperor of Entomology!! I only wish they did lawn care service as well! … and electric, plumbing, AC and..well, you get the idea 😉

We have been using Avista for almost a year now and are very pleased with their service. We had a mice issue indoor. They came next day & followed up until the issue was resolved. We have ongoing service with them and have not had any pest issues since! Jason is wonderful to work with, friendly, and reliable. Prices are fair and they have never missed a service time.

We’ve been using Avista Pest for a few years now, I’m always so impressed by their service. Not only do they do a great job of keeping the creepy crawlers away but their techs are so friendly!! We also get their mosquitoe spray service in our yard and it truly is a game changer!!

Have been an Avista customer since we moved into our house last April. Tremendous coverage with no issues for a year. Last night we saw our first insect indoors. I called Avista this morning at 10am and our dedicated representative Jason was at our house within two hours to conduct an additional indoor and outdoor treatment. There is not a better pest control company and we have the best dedicated representative in Jason !!

Avista, and Jason in particular have been amazing and have made me feel comfortable living in my home again. I never thought I would be the person that needs an ongoing pest control service, but I’m very glad I went with Avista. The problem and particular pest that I have been dealing are notoriously difficult to get rid of, and even more so if you live somewhere with shared walls, like myself in a townhome. Half of the companies I talked to when deciding who to go with flat out refused to even work with me, but this wasn’t a concern for Avista. They have been treating my home for 3 months now, and after 2 treatments I was finally at a point where I can enter a room without having to scan the walls and floors for pests, and I can sleep soundly again. The pricing is very reasonable, and Jason has always been able to come back out between my scheduled visits as needed to address any problem areas, explain what he is doing, and explain how the products and treatments work to combat the pests. If there’s anyone else dealing with ongoing pest issues and you feel like you’ve done all that you can, I highly recommend calling Avista.

I highly recommend a Avista pest control to any type I’m living situation whether you rent, own or lease. I live in an older dwelling and will always have an issue with mice because of living in a country setting as well. I’ve used this company for almost 2 years now and they’ve come out if there’s ever been a seasonal issue anytime I’ve asked prompt and quickly. I have worked with the same exterminator CJ the entire time and he is a wonderful delight. He’s professional, kind and courteous, and has a smile that lights up a room.

One would think that if the Avista's technician arrives promptly, is respectful to his client, & gets the job done professionally, that this would mirror the caliber of the company's proprietor. Not in the case of Avista. The technicians are excellent & they earn themselves more than 5 stars. However, if you are looking for a reputable company, owing not only to its employees' attitudes & performances, but you're also concerned about the company's leadership, integrity, & sense of fair & honest dealings, then I strongly suggest not to enter into any contractual business with Avista because, sadly, there is no leadership, no integrity, & zero fair or honest dealings with the head honcho. It's not the technicians, it is the proprietor. Excellent employees wasted their time with this employer.
