Go-Forth Pest Control

I had service set up at an address that I moved from like 4 months ago and while they were servicing the address I never really seen any results and Im like 800$ into this . So I tried to cancel my service and they told me that I was in a contract for 12 months and have to keep paying for services that I don’t need till April (99$ a month). After someone just came out and told me I’ve never signed a contract. And then proceeded to ask me to sign something on his phone. This place is just no good

This company is absolutely horrible. They have no idea what they’re doing and clearly lack the knowledge, professionalism, and accountability that customers deserve. From start to finish, it’s been nothing but a headache dealing with them — poor communication, unreliable service, and zero follow-through on what they promise. Buyer Beware: We purchased our home 2 years ago and recently had our house treated for termites by Go Forth Pest Control. We notice the previous owner had the home treated once before as we found the drill holes on the mortar of the brick foundation that was patched back and filled with color matching mortar. We assumed (our mistake) this would be the case again as to where Go-Forth Pest Control would drill, treat and how they would patch. We were not made aware that they were going to drill 24
