I love this business. They have taken care of all my problems with bugs and fleas. When they come once a month, they care about my animals, they make sure to dump my water and turn the bowl upside down to make sure my cats are safe. This is a awesome company to do business with.

Tamara answered the phone ,which i find very great considering now days you have a hard time calling and getting a human on the phone without going thru hoops, Jason was the technician he was very professional and explained how the process would happen and afterwards explained very well about the diffrent plan options they offer, so I was very impressed with this company.

We contacted At Ease pest control for a pest issue at our cabin. They provided immediate information, pricing and scheduled an appointment for treatment. Our technician, Haven Eckard, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection and treatment. Given that the cabin is in a highly wooded area, he made additional recommendations to reduce the attractiveness of our cabin to pests, specifically carpenter ants and termites. He installed a vapor barrier in our crawl space as well as recommend some additional steps we could take that would help. It has been a great experience working with At Ease.

I chose to call At Ease Pest Solutions because they were a local company with a good website (also Veteran owned 🇺🇲). They are very knowledgeable in their field and are happy to explain things to you. Each experience, whether by phone when scheduling with Randi, or in person when the technician came out for treatment, has been very pleasant. They were able to schedule me the same week for service. Haven came to my home and was very thorough with his inspection and treatments. I signed up for quarterly services and also requested an estimate for a crawl space vapor barrier. I would recommend. :)

We had At East Pest Solutions for several years now and have not had any issues (unlike others we have had in the past). Chris the technician was professional, courteous and friendly and hope he comes out every time going forward. As new residents of the area, we researched before committing to any one company and with the many positive reviews and veteran ownership, At Ease Pest Control was a our choice. And an excellent choice it was! Haven, the most recent technician to visit our home, was very professional and knowledgeable, as is all their technicians we've met. He took the time to explain the treatment process and answer any questions we had. What impressed me the most (and a family member who happened to be visiting at the time) was their thorough approach. Haven treated not only the most obvious areas, but even got into the nooks and crannies. We've had exterminators in the past, but these guys take it to the next level. They are serious about getting rid of bugs! I love that!

I initially left a 1-star review after coming home to find the termite bait stations removed and holes left in my yard without prior notice. While it was within the details of the contract, I was unaware they would remove the bait stations around my house if you don’t want to renew the contract. Initially I was frustrated and felt blindsided, but after speaking with Ryan I now understand the situation better. The owner of At Ease Pest Solutions reached out personally, explained the state regulations requiring the removal of the stations, and genuinely apologized for the lack of clear communication. He was incredibly professional and showed true integrity in how he handled the situation. They’ve even taken my feedback to improve their processes moving forward. I respect how they made things right and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and their reputation.
