I hired this company 5 weeks ago. I saw squirrels climbing through one of my gutters, upon inspection they weren’t inside my home yet. I dealt with Jack and every week there was an excuse as to why the job couldn’t be completed or even started. Today I now have squirrels inside my home because of this company’s inability to actually start the job I hired them for. I would not waste your time with this company. I’m sure their response with have a quip about weather but there have been many nice sunny days that the work could have been completed. If I had hired a better company, maybe I wouldn’t have the squirrels and all the damage they have done now? Don’t make my mistake with this place.

Nancy, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. When your service was originally scheduled, the unexpected winter storm and subsequent extended periods of rain created unsafe working conditions and required rescheduling for multiple customers. All schedule changes were communicated and documented in advance.<br><br>Your roof is steep and has areas of moss and moisture, which create a serious fall hazard. Our technicians are required to follow strict safety protocols, and we do not perform roof work when conditions are unsafe.<br><br>We also explained that we cannot perform partial exclusion or seal entry points while other active access areas remain open. Doing so can trap wildlife inside the structure, leading to property damage, sanitation issues, and additional liability. Our company follows state regulations and humane wildlife control standards, which do not allow animals to be sealed inside a home.<br><br>While we regret that we were unable to complete the work within your desired timeline, our priority is always safety, compliance, and protecting our customers’ property. We remain available to assist in the future should you choose to move forward.

We had a bat get in our house on Christmas Day 2025. We were able to get it to the sunroom and out the window after an hour of searching. Jacob and Jack came out a few days later and did a complete interior and exterior inspection for 45 minutes and found no entry points or signs of bats. NO CHARGE FREE INSPECTION! Big relief! Clean and Polite gave us peace of mind. Found out they do copperheads also! We will have them back this spring! HIGHLY Recommend these guys very professional!

Carolina Wildlife & Pest did an excellent job. They replaced three double flap vent hoods to prevent birds from entering our home, removed years of nesting material, and thoroughly sanitized the affected areas. They also cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the exterior vent cover. The team was very polite, professional, and on time. Pricing was very reasonable, and I paid exactly the amount I was quoted. No surprises. I highly recommend them for anyone needing wildlife or pest prevention work done right.

Please do not confuse this company with Carolina Wildlife Removal in the Triangle area. Carolina Wildlife Removal has been in business since 2010. We are not the same company and are not affiliated with each other.

Mr. Herring, as explained today and 2 years ago when I called to provide your company a lead in Raleigh, we do not operate in the areas that you cover. Also, misstating the tenure of our company is not acceptable. I suggest you remove this review immediately. Next time, call for clarity before making assumptions.
