I’ve been using Pest & Termite Consultant for many years and realized it was long overdue to leave a review. They consistently do a fantastic job. My specialist, Richard, is always on time, flexible with scheduling, and truly provides white-glove service. If I ever need anything between visits, they come out ASAP without hesitation. After 2+ years of using them, I'm no longer a valued customer. Critters are now present in my property that could have prevented with interior sprays that were never coordinated, but paid for with quarterly inspections. After a phone call today, I wasn't even recognized for being a long-time customer and since a quarterly was done about 3 weeks ago without my confirmation, so only exterior services were performed which I'm sure is what led to these issues. The only solution that was given was fo
