After a disappointing experience with a national lawn treatment service that only superficially enhanced the appearance of my lawn, Joe and his team have been a refreshing change. Their communication is prompt and thorough, they meticulously schedule treatments, and Joe takes the time to educate me about soil conditions, sod nature, seasonal needs, and effective insect control measures. Joe provides clear, actionable advice to maintain my lawn between treatments. Mr. Joe is a 10/10 and represents everything you want to support in a small local business. He’s fast, responsive, and does great work. Not only does he do great work, but you can tell he really cares about his clients and will take time out of his day to teach you something new about your yard. Joe is great, and will treat your lawn like it were his own. I was previously with TrueGreen; they did not live up to their name. I switched to Joe and in just a couple of months it already looks much better than it ever did last season. He will educate you on what YOU need to do to improve your lawn. It’s up to you to follow through, and if you do, you’ll see improvement. Weeds don’t stand a chance when treated by Joe!

If you’re still scrolling to find someone for your lawn, STOP! Joe has been fantastic! I was in Lowe’s collecting products to “fix” my lawn. He stopped me and gave great advice. Two years later, I reached out to him with a problem. He was very knowledgeable, honest and gave advice that would permanently fix my problem. I will continue to suggest everyone to Joe!

Joe is a very genuine person, he called me to let me know he doesn't service cuts, and gave me 2 wonderful recommendations (ironically, one is one their way to my home as we speak). Joe did have to do this, but we got to talking about the importance of building strong businesses through helping others, he is the example of that. My family has been using Mr. Brown for a couple of years now and we are VERY happy. Our lawn is well tended and beautiful. His professional and level of care is amazing. He maintains a regular schedule to ensure that our lawn is well maintenence and adequately catered to. His price point is great for my budget and lower than many competitors. We decided to take a break last year because of economic reasons and we almost immediately regretted it. Within about 5 weeks weeds were emerging. It certain showed us how much Mr Brown had been doing to combat the weeds and how much we needed him. I would certainly recommend him to others (and have) as he now also services two of my family members. You will not regret giving him your business!!!

Joe took our yard from Okay to Spectacular in 2 seasons. He is a great communicator and knows everything about bermuda grass (fescue, too). If you've got a problem, Joe has a solution. And his solutions work!

We’ve been using Great Expectations for 2 seasons now and I cannot praise this company enough! Joe is extremely knowledgeable, professional and takes the time to explain everything. When he started caring for our lawn we truly thought there was no hope especially since we had no results from a previous companies lawn care. Towards the end of the first season with Great Expectations we saw amazing results. Highly recommend!

Joe does a wonderful job at making sure my lawn is fed and weeds are treated, this is the first year he has treated my lawn and it looks spectacular! Lawn care aside Joe is very friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to teach and give helpful advice! Happy to have him taking care of my lawn.

**UPDATE** This is our third year with Joe treating our lawn and it is the best it has looked since we bought our house back in 2020. Even throughout the severe drought our property was one of the healthiest in my neighborhood. When we purchased our home we attempted to get the lawn under control on our own, was constantly chasing weeds, and lots of bare spots. Joes knowledge has helped bring our lawn back to normal. We have kids and dogs so we never expect our lawn to be show worthy, but I’m amazed at the difference just a few applications have made. Joe is always very communicative on when he will be at your house to treat, and if something changes he always updates you. To get that level of service for a more attractive price than the big companies we’re offering is huge to me.

I'm in my second year with Joe and I couldn't be happier! I've used 3 other companies over the 8 years I lived in my house and always struggle with quality of service and weeds. Not an issue anymore! Joe's personal service is absolutely top notch. I think he might care more about my lawn than I do. Lol. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
