I tried several options to remedy the issue of the squirrels that inhabited my attic and began eating holes in my ceiling with no success. Arthur was able to quickly diagnose the situation and create a plan to evacuate the squirrels from my attic. Despite having very determined critters that got creative and found new entry point, Arthur returned to fix the situation to make sure my issue was solved. I would definitely recommend Arthur to anyone else that is plagued by squirrels or other unwanted creatures.

Arthur arrived on time for all appointments. He explained the varmint removal process clearly and in detail. Arthur sealed all the varmint entry areas, then restored the attic. I would recommend Arthur to anyone else requiring a varmint removal process. Arthur arrived about 2 hours after I called. He blocked the area in the soffit that the squirrel was chewing through. If another day had passed, the varmint would have gained access to my attic. Customer service is the best.

Getting animals removed is expensive.We got a few quotes to remove a family of squirrels from our attic. Varmit Gone offered the most through & humane service from trapping to repair and sealing several entry points and (most important to me) cleaning and disinfecting attic of poop & nests. Cory went above & beyond to repair rotted wood & water damage from squirrels chewing to seal everything up. The 5 year warranty is huge selling point that no other company offers, it must be because they do the job right that they can offer it. I highly recommend calling them first.

Had one opening near the roof line-just wanted that opening closed up and sealed. Technician instead tried to sell me sealing and repair work around entire house totaling over $2500. Pursued a competing quote and had the work completed for around $350.

We apologize if it was not made clear to you when you contacted our office that we will not seal a single hole created by a squirrel due to the very high probability that the squirrels will just target another weakness area along your roofline. To be able to stand behind our five year warranty, we make sure that all construction gaps behind gutters and gaps where different rooflines meet are sealed with galvanized steel, as well addressing vents and other access areas. We provide a high quality service to protect your home from the damage squirrel can cause. We hope you are one of the lucky few who found lasting results with an inexpensive solution to your issue. Unfortunately, we receive calls from homeowners everyday that have been trying for years with such solution and need a solution that works once and for all.

I called them late last week. Scheduled them to come out Friday. They were not able due to our location and we rescheduled for Monday at 1130. At 1255 pm on Monday I received a phone call stating they would not be able to come out today. They also stated they had called me multiple times. I advise being professional and actually attempting phone calls. I own my own company and was on my phone and near it and had only one missed call from them and that was them calling me to cancel an appointment that had been scheduled nearly an hour and a half earlier. Very disappointed in the poor level of professionalism. We will seek services elsewhere and will advise our neighbors and friends to do the same.

I personally left a message on your voicemail Sunday evening to confirm your appointment for the following day and requested that you contact us. I was concerned that the weather in the area showed isolated showers throughout Monday and Tuesday. The snake barrier treatment granulars would not have had time to set before the rain would have started to dissipate them. When I did not hear from you the following morning, I requested that the technician contact you as well. He also left a message before your appointment time letting you know that we wanted to reschedule the appointment for a different time due to the weather. I am sorry that we can not control the weather or anticipate the pattern prior to a three day window. Even within three days, the hourly forecast can change. I was finally able to reach you an hour and a half after your appointment time and informed you that we have been trying to reach you. You insisted that you did not receive the voicemail message I left on Sunday or the voicemail message left by the technician on Monday. I am sorry we were not able to provide you with the service you desired within the timeframe you requested because of the weather and I do not understand why you say you did not receive either of the messages we left on your voicemail. Anyway, we hope you were able to find another company to assist you with your snake issue. Sincerely , The Varmint Gone Team
