I called them late last week. Scheduled them to come out Friday. They were not able due to our location and we rescheduled for Monday at 1130. At 1255 pm on Monday I received a phone call stating they would not be able to come out today. They also stated they had called me multiple times. I advise being professional and actually attempting phone calls. I own my own company and was on my phone and near it and had only one missed call from them and that was them calling me to cancel an appointment

I tried several options to remedy the issue of the squirrels that inhabited my attic and began eating holes in my ceiling with no success. Arthur was able to quickly diagnose the situation and create a plan to evacuate the squirrels from my attic. Despite having very determined critters that got creative and found new entry point, Arthur returned to fix the situation to make sure my issue was solved.
