The most recent visit was quarterly inspection and preventive treatments. The first and most important thing we like about Sawyer Exterminating is that we get our quarterly services by the same technician. That brings a continuity of service because the technician gets to know us as well as our home and its needs. We've never had a pest problem because we use the quarterly services. In addition Sawyer inspects and maintains the house crawl space - another plus for certain. Finally a big thank you to Jay our technician and to Teresa our office contact. Both are stellar human beings who go out of their way to keep us happy customers.

The technician was over an hour late. When he called me (after the hour that I had been waiting), he was trying to get out of even coming because of the rain that was forecasted as part of a hurricane that afternoon. I had found two mice in my house and asked that he still came. When he pulled into my driveway, his music was loud. I could hear it from inside of the house. The mouse problem was worse after his visit. They even crawled into the insulation of my stove! When I found this, I called and asked that they send someone immediately. They said that nobody was available until the next day. I contacted another company and they came out within two hours. Their traps caught two within four hours of being put out! Sawyers traps did not catch ANYTHING in the three weeks that they were out.

I have always use Sawyers exterminating And so has my family for the last 20 years. Recently within the past couple years, SAWYER has sold out to corporate business And no longer about their customers. Used to be very friendly and people oriented, They were on top of their game and wasn’t always about getting the most money out of you! Now SAWYER Does nothing but try to get more money out of you by Miss judging any situation that you may be calling them for. Anytime in the past, I have always recommended SAWYER before anybody But I do not recommend them whatsoever! They are overpriced overrated’ You would have better opportunity paying someone else to do it

Poor service spent 5 min walking around the house and sprayed whatever that didn’t get rid of any bugs. then after termination of service with them they have a lawyer call us saying we owe money (under $200) and we need to pay or they take us to court. We didn’t know we owed any money…no letter no phone calls until today… The tech was unprofessional and these guys are a joke. Don’t waist money on them!!!

Used Sawyers for many years, knew Al Fogleman well when he owned business. Kept using them after business sold, always good. Last year, 2022 used them to put underlayment under my home and to seal my vents under house. It was a nightmare. Plastic not done correctly and all my vents had thick pink bubble gum like stuff coming through to the outside vents. I paid them $2,000 . I called and was talked to very hatefully by man that said he did the job and called me a liar. I never got anything corrected nor did I get my money back. Al took pride in work well done, evidently these owners could care less. I had been using them for over 30 yrs. No more

They just came out about 6 weeks ago. We have had ants the whole time.they charged me $180 for the visit and now a month later they want another $150 to come back and spray again to kill the ants. Well talked with Sawyers again and the are telling me if I don't want ants I need to be on a quarterly schedule that's $150 each spray, of course they didn't tell me that when they charged me the first $180 that they claimed would work and has worked for several years. This is why most people don't use local companies. Orkin here I come!!

I do not hate Sawyers as they spray our townhomes every year. This particular drop by was to inquire about an irritating bug in tub, around commode and sink, which we later identified as book lice. I was told by Jackie it was nothing and I was seeing it being moved by air.

hired to take care of spiders February 2020 sawyer show up every three months , treat home ,one month later same problem. call two time to make complaint. Allowed to treat next quarter and same problem, killing spiders,now I M ----ed searching for another company November
