The technician was over an hour late. When he called me (after the hour that I had been waiting), he was trying to get out of even coming because of the rain that was forecasted as part of a hurricane that afternoon. I had found two mice in my house and asked that he still came. When he pulled into my driveway, his music was loud. I could hear it from inside of the house. Our house “came with” a termite warranty when we purchased it 2.5 years ago, so Hodge inspects yearly for a reasonable price and will treat if they find evidence - this is how we were connected with Hodge and I’m glad we were!
