Faircloth Chimney is a good family business that helps us customers get rid of unwelcome guests beneath our homes, in our case a ground hog/s. Justin and his brother together with their father are very kind, hard working people that know what are they doing. They are patient and knowledgable about their specific task and will get a job done. Highly recommended.

I called last year for a basic chimney cleaning and never heard back. This year I reached out both on their website and called again, and again never heard back. I emailed a competitor in the area who answered immediately and scheduled me an appointment only two weeks out. It seems this company must have enough business to not bother accepting mine.

Brad came to assess problem with starlings in vents and was very through and professional. at that visit. We paid for that visit and they were going to return to put caps on the vents where starlings and bats were entering. They did not return and when I followed up to ask if they were still going to do the work, I received an angry response. I felt this was unprofessional and not what I prefer to encountered when asking for help and paying for a service.

Had bad vibe from beginning when he said he would call me back to schedule an appointment and didn't . He came to the house unprepared (no ladders) and said he couldn't clean my chimney. He charge my wife $85 for an inspection fee and all he did was stand around with his hands in his pockets .

This company made a real effort to work me into their packed schedule, so I could have my chimney inspected and cleaned before the upcoming snow storms.
