So, they come to my house around January 17th while I’m home. The contract states that they are supposed to spray not only the outside of the house but also the inside. When he gets there I tell him that I do not have the money right now to pay him for the service and that I would CALL THEM to let them know when they could come to spray. The man says okay and I watch him get in his truck and leave, obviously without spraying. No big deal. I then get a bill from Terminx for them spraying which th

Got them to spray my apartment because I was moving across town and it was required in my lease. The technician asked me out while he was working, I said yes, and then he got immediately grossed out and changed his mind because I said I was trans. Then he asked me to leave a good review because it would really help him. So here I am. Don't use Terminix.

Regular quarterly pest control done by Grayson was thorough and he was very helpful regarding a new problem of mice in our greenhouse ceiling insulation area finding a location where they might be coming in and leaving a couple of bait stations to hopefully help eliminate them, along with the usual treatments for spiders and other insects.
