I was initially happy with their services even as I felt that the prices were (like their competition) higher than I felt was reasonable. However, I have noticed a deterioration in communications and administration over the last 6 months. My last 2 pest services were scheduled but both times the service person was a no show. We've been using Pisgah Pest Control for years. When I call the company, I speak to Jessica or Bianca They are both very pleasant and professional. They both go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of ASAP, if you are having a problem that needs immediate action. Colter came out today. Not only was he cordial and friendly but with me, he was the same w/ the kids and the pets. He was efficient but quick at the same time which I appreciate because I work from home and these visits typically take longer than I want to with past companies. So this was a pleasant surprise. Regular quarterly pest control done by Grayson was thorough and he was very helpful regarding a new problem of mice in our greenhouse ceiling insulation area finding a location where they might be coming in and leaving a couple of bait stations to hopefully help eliminate them, along with the usual treatments for spiders and other insects.
