We've been using Pisgah Pest Control for years. When I call the company, I speak to Jessica or Bianca They are both very pleasant and professional. They both go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of ASAP, if you are having a problem that needs immediate action. My practitioner, Bitsey, arrives when she is supposed to, always pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. . She always explains what she will be doing in a very thorough and understandable way. Colter is always attentive to our needs and very detailed.

Colter came out today. Not only was he cordial and friendly but with me, he was the same w/ the kids and the pets. He was efficient but quick at the same time which I appreciate because I work from home and these visits typically take longer than I want to with past companies. So this was a pleasant surprise. I was also thrilled to learn that he is going to continue to be my technician and I will have a familiar face with every visit. Colter, you set the bar HIGH…!!! I have high expectations now!! Lol

We are Very Impressed with Pisgah Pest Control and technician Colter! Yesterday Colter came to service one of our Airbnb Properties that was experiencing a ant problem inside the house. He took the time to educate and answer questions why this ant problem just began. He gave great advice on how to prevent additional ant issues. Brian checked out my yellow jacket concern and determined that I had seen some scouting and not a resident at what is a chipmunk hole. He never made me feel like I'd wasted his time and asked that I not hesitate if -- as in the past -- I see the enemy (I'm highly reactive)... He's destroyed some serious nests in the past! While he was at my home, he also checked and removed mouse traps. I depend upon Brian's technical competence without reservation, and I am very grateful for the excellent service with which he delivers it.

Matt, took time to explain to me the best solution to our problem. Very knowledgeable and experienced. We look forward to having Matt as our specialist to assist us in the maintenance of our home.

I met an employee of theirs at the gas station they told me that their quarterly service was a little over 100 dollars a year then I called to schedule with them and they said it would total 500-600 a year I'm disappointed in the inconsistency if seen already and am sceptical to use their service

I have been using Pisgah Pest Control for over a year and a half. I was initially happy with their services even as I felt that the prices were (like their competition) higher than I felt was reasonable. However, I have noticed a deterioration in communications and administration over the last 6 months. My last 2 pest services were scheduled but both times the service person was a no show. I called the office both times and was told each time that they rescheduled my service, but inadvertently no one had contacted me to let me know. I realize that things happen that can require appointments to be rescheduled, but it would seem to be not too much to ask that they keep their customers apprised of any changes in scheduling. Both times when I complained, I received an apology from the manager, but come on, how tough is it to keep the front desk, the technician and the customer on the same schedule?
