When I called to ask about this, they said it’s because I did not call to cancel my treatment. I do not recall ever signing up for a monthly membership. And I was never told I had to call the office to cancel anything. Called this company to inquire about their pollinator protection policy when performing mosquito spraying. Maria told me that they had no obligation to the public to avoid killing pollinators when they applied pesticides. North Carolina has a program called BeeCheck where applicators can notify beekeepers ahead of time so keepers can protect their bees by keeping them enclosed when spraying is nearby. I informed Triangle Pest Control about this program. They said they would not participate.
