Rite-A-Way Pest Control is the best service supplier I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I say this not only as a former Board President of my co-op building, but also as someone who has had a lifetime business career in charge of Operations and Management. None in my previous experience has matched Rite-A-Way's professionalism, expertise, and customer satisfaction. From the start of our relationship with Rite-A-Way, they showed exceptional dedication to our building, and responsiveness to our concerns. Due to COVID-enforced neglect, when we signed on with Rite-A-Way we were not in very good shape. Not only did Rite-A-Way quickly take care of any problems, but they have kept us virtually pest-free for the past six years. We have even called them for more unusual problems, such as wasp nests. This being New York City, pest problems do arise. Every instance has been met by Rite-A-Way with their trademark persistence and expert skill. In fact, many other professionals who visit our building, whether for plumbing inspections, boiler repairs, renovations, and the like often comment that they have never visited a building so clean and pest-free. You will enjoy working not only with their dedicated and attentive management and ownership, but also with the Rite-A-Way techs, who are reliable, knowledgeable, and very courteous as they carefully inspect any issues and provide long-term protections. I cannot recommend Rite-A-Way highly enough.

I had a mouse problems in one of my apartment buildings which was causing the tenants much angst and anxiety. I called 2 other companies to before reaching out to Rite A Way but the problem persisted. I contacted Rite A Way pest control and to my amazement they not only corrected the issue but they did in record time. Absolutely horrible experience. I hired them to treat a roach infestation, and the chemicals they used made both me and my pets extremely sick. The smell was overwhelming, and there was no proper warning about how intense or potentially harmful it would be. It was terrifying seeing my pets react the way they did. I was promised they would return the following week, but when I tried contacting them, my calls were ignored or I was told I’d get a callback that never came. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. On top of that, I witnessed one of the employees keeping a dog outside in freezing weather, which was incredibly disturbing to see. The lack of care and accountability all around is shocking. I would never recommend this company to anyone!! 💔😡
