We were hired to treat your apartment for roaches and fruit flies which we did successfully. You never mentioned anything to me about bedbugs. We did not "refuse to acknowldge" that you had bedbugs. I emailed you immediately after my technician left and told you that what you had were bedbugs. I recommended that you have the K-9 company come in to inspect the entire apartment so we could provide you with an estimate for treatment. You ignored my emails and calls and just continued to send me pictures of bedbugs. I responded each time telling you that they were bedbugs and I explained what needed to be done to perform treatment. You didn't pay your bill until a month after treatment when we told you that payment was due at the time of service. My calls were ignored. You called my office asking what preparations needed to be made in the apartment for treatment and you told me you would call us back, which you never did.I have all of this documented in my email.<br><br>You were NEVER ignored. I emailed and called you numerous times and you never acknowledged what was said in those emails. You continuously threatened to "blow up our google reviews" if we didn't give you your money back. We treated what we hired to treat for which was roaches and fruit flies. Therefore, there is no refund necessary. I have been nothing but polite and professional even while being threatened. Our reputation speaks for itself and your lies will not tarnish that. I do hope you have a great day.
