I am so pleased with the service for our mice problem. Richie was a true professional, arrived on the time and set us up for long-term prevention. He was also *very* careful about keeping my kiddo safe with the treatment. I may not need to use them again (fingers crossed!) but will recommend them to everyone in NYC. 6 stars!

From the initial phone call to the actually extermination, communication was simple and effective. We had a flea issue due to our pet but it was resolved with one extermination. I gave it 4 stars simply because we agreed to a time in the morning but the man assigned to the job was over an hour late. The exterminator upon arrival was clear, efficient and answered all questions. So without hesitation we would recommend and use this company again.
