I normally don't ever write reviews for businesses, but I strongly believe that for this business, it is the exception. Ever since calling on day one, my mother and I have been met with nothing but constant communication, especially because the woman on the phone spoke Spanish to help explain to my mother the process of the extermination service. When the time came for the actual service, both technicians were extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. My mother, being extremely stressed and worried, would then calm down when the technicians arrived and explained to her the next few steps of the entire process. I would 100% recommend this business to anyone who has to deal with pests, and especially bed bugs. Not only were they here to get the job done, but they also truly care and have a heart for their clients and community.

They send out a terrible, unprofessional technician. He doesn't want to do anything. If you find another company it is worth the money you paid. Edit: First of all, the service I receive from you is paid by the homeowner. As I mentioned before, your technican is unprofessional and does not provide good service. The issue I am talking about is about your employee.
