Victory Wildlife and Pest Removal was fantastic. I called them to remove a wild animal and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Not only did they remove the animal they cleaned up the mess and took it with them. The service was perfect, and they were a real lifesaver. Highly recommend!

This company is horrible and completely unreliable. John confirmed TWICE that he would be at my property for a squirrel issue at 4:30PM. At 4:40PM, I called to ask for an ETA and suddenly the time changed to 5:20PM. Then he said there was too much traffic and told me he “wouldn’t have a problem if I called another company.” Instead of taking accountability, he accused me of being indecisive, which was extremely unprofessional and honestly felt like gaslighting — as if he wanted me to cancel so they wouldn’t have to take responsibility. I explained to him that I have small children and they have been terrified because of the loud scratching and noises coming from inside the walls. This situation is urgent and stressful, and I needed help ASAP. Despite me clearly explaining the seriousness of the issue, there was no urgency or concern on their end. Then at 5:02PM, someone else called me and stated they were not going to make it at all. I rearranged my entire schedule and even cancelled two other technicians because I was relying on their confirmed appointment. This caused a major disruption to my day and wasted my time completely. What makes this even worse is that I saw a recent review where they did the same exact thing to another customer, so this seems to be a pattern with this company. If you value your time, don’t book them. They are not reliable, not professional, and do not keep their word. I DO NOT recommend.

I booked a same-day appointment for a trapped animal, so this was a time-sensitive situation. I rearranged my day to be home, but the technician never showed. Around 7pm I received a message asking to reschedule for the following day, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, the technician also did not show up the next day. I called multiple times and received no response. I understand delays can happen, but two missed appointments and no communication during an urgent situation was extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. I hope the business improves its reliability and responsiveness to customers.

We had raccoons invade our attic through a gap in the fascia boards. Getting rid of them is not rocket science, but it's sure not a DIY project! John & the team were excellent. He was clear with the plan, followed through, communicated all the way. They had a tricky climb to the roof for the inspection & the remedy, in cold weather. Success! Happy homeowners here. Price was appropriate for all the work they did. Yes, I recommend these guys.

He showed up early the next morning, identified the issue as squirrels in the attic, and immediately put my mind at ease. John explained everything clearly—what was happening, why it happens, and the best ways to resolve it. His team installed a one-way door and ladder so the squirrels could leave safely. Over the next week, I passed along updates from my tenants, and John was always responsive and ready to adjust the plan. They came back once to refine the setup, and within a week the squirrels were fully gone. Thank you, John! On a Saturday night after getting turned away by 5 or 6 unhelpful, dismissive, and unsympathetic companies, I called Victory feeling pretty distraught about an injured mouse that was stuck under my stove. John was responsive, kind, and quick to help collect the struggling mouse. He also identified the possible entry point, inspected behind the fridge for additional entry points or droppings, and gave me sound advice on prevention methods. Sadly, the little mouse was too injured to release (an old sticky trap left by a previous tenant), but John assured me that the euthanasia, which he did off-site, was humane and peaceful. A+ service, thank you again John.

Amazing service! We had a possum in our garage that wouldn't leave. John was efficient, knowledgeable, and affordable. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for animal control.

We had a raccoon eating our veggies and leaving us unwanted presents in our planters on our back deck. Victory's service was great, they came same day we contacted them and set up a trap. When our little friend escaped the first trap, they came back right away with a stronger trap and finally captured him (it was a male). Can't recommend them more highly, John was responsive to all of our requests and his follow-up was impeccable.

They did a great job caught three raccoons and set up protection.

We had a family of 5 raccoons living in our soffits and Victory found their entry point, installed a one way door and they left the second night. They tried to get back in every night for about a week. We waited another week to ensure they were gone and Victory removed the one way door and closed up the entry way. Two years later we heard those noises again and immediately called Victory. We didn't even consider another company because their previous work was still holding up. They came and found a new entry way and again installed a one way door and a few hours later out the racoons came. Victory noticed there were weak spots along the roof and soffits and advised we don't just close up the hole they made but secure the length of the roof/soffits. It has been three years since the first time we used their services and almost a year since the last. If we ever have more critters I would definitely call them again. Highly recommend. They are quick, efficient and affordable.

I highly recommend this company. Their service is A+. Their work was neat. They were pleasant and communitive. We had a raccoon in our walls. They found the problem, then meshed the gap and set a trap. I was pleased with their workmanship. They spent time to explain the cause and the solution. Other wildlife removal companies were condescending or uninterested in my business.

Really helpful to get a bird nest off my balcony and put in a mesh to prevent them from coming back.

Amazing!!! I had birds nesting in my dryer vents !!!! It was difficult to locate someone specializing in this service until I found John! Extremely professional! Left a message for them and they returned the call promptly, discussed my issue and quoted a fair price for an already trapped groundhog removal. They were here 3 hours later and very friendly. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome, the other reviews are right, they are simply the best! We called them to get a quote for a family of squirrels that was nesting in our attic and chewing through our ceiling, I was really going crazy dealing with these pests— not only did they offer to come the same day we called but they did an inspection for free (other places we called charged JUST to come by and take a look and most wanted me to wait a week for the inspection alone), they came all the way from NYC to Jersey City (they emphasized the distance was not an issue!) and dealt with it the same day, they worked into dusk. They are kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and punctual. There was one hole that they missed but after calling them a few days later, they came back again that same day to find the last hole and seal it for good, included in the original price— by the next morning the squirrels were finally gone. For the size of our home and how many holes they sealed, and for their same day service and follow ups, their pricing is more than fair. I definitely recommend them and while I hope I never have to deal with wildlife pests again, I now know who to call.

Discovered squirrels in the attic. They came and set a one way exit trap to make sure they got out but couldn’t come back. Then came back and closed up the entrance. Professional crew and gave 6 month warranty for work.

NO SHOW NO CALL! AFTER MIKE GIVING US AN APPOINTMENT FROM 4-5 HE CALLED ME AT 3:38pm SAYING HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT AT 4-5 AND SAID HE WILL COME FROM 6-7 THAT SAME DAY. NEVER SHOWED UP! I CALLED HIM 3 TIME AFTER THE 7pm AND IGNORED ALL MY CALLS. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM A COMPANY TO LEAVE THE CUSTOMER IN NEED OF SERVICE TO SCHEDULED THEN RESCHEDULE & END UP NOT SHOWING UP! We had a raccoon squatter move into a crawl space in our roof. 🦝 He was cute, but didn’t pay any rent so we had to evict him. He was also very noisy and we were concerned that he was causing damage in our walls. When I called Glen, he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they do a (no obligation) free home inspection so they can determine how best to remove the animal and provide a quote. Antonio and John came to do the inspection. They got out ladders and did an extensive inspection of the area and the entire roof. They recommended that we use a one way cage where the raccoon can exit but not come back in. After 2 weeks they came back to remove the cage and repair the wall. They also offer a 6 month guarantee on their service, which I’m really hoping we won’t need! Overall they were very responsive and a pleasure to work!
