Very unhappy with our experience. The exterminator came and seemed like he didn’t even want to do anything. We had a squirrel in our living room and my husband and I were looking everywhere for it and taking apart the couch etc and the gentleman who came was reluctant to do any of it. Unprofessional and we didn’t catch the squirrel. He seemed like he was in a hurry to leave. EDIT: November 28 The company called us and sent their A team, and within a few hours they arrived and removed the squirrel in the live trap. I am editing my review to 5 stars, as I felt they made every effort to rectify the situation. Thank you!

I had an issue with water bugs in my apartment and called for help. Michelle assisted me over the phone and was incredibly kind and understanding. She sent a technician named Ali, who was not only professional and knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Both Michelle and Ali provided outstanding service. I highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with pest issues—they truly care and get the job done right.

This company is a gem!! The rare find, the needle in the haystack. I’ve been using them for three years and each time is a pleasant experience. Qassim and crew are ALWAYS the kind, courteous, respectful and responsible. Not only that, but they are extremely knowledgeable, and work ridiculously hard to get the job done. And they always. GET THE JOB DONE!! If it wasn’t for this company, I would have raccoons living in my crawlspace as permanent roommates.

I've used a lot of different extermination companies throughout my life and I have NEVER come across a tech as dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring as Hector. He went above and beyond to address our building's rodent issue, looking for, finding and filling ever nook and cranny in my apartment that a mouse could even consider accessing. He is communicative, knows his stuff, and is extremely thorough. Hector is a consummate professional with a strong work ethic and really cares about problem solving. If you have a rodent issue, ask for Hector!

Had an issue with dreaded bed bugs. In two visits Best Pest had entirely eliminated the problem. Five Stars is not enough. They were courteous and truly professional, although I’m sure you can understand I hope I don’t have to see them again LOL!

I’ve been waging an all-out war against rodents - they’ve plagued my street and we then started hearing sounds in our basement ceiling for the past month. No signs of rodents in my home - just the sounds. This was a huge challenge. I wish I had discovered Best @ Pest earlier. I had hired 4 different pest control companies (including the big company everyone knows about) to resolve the issue and none of them were able to stop the rat sounds in our basement ceiling. Bait boxes, rodenticide, exclusion - they tried everything, I thought. Finally I discovered Best Pest - I was skeptical and assumed they would take the same approach as the previous 4 companies. They were different from the rest and are clearly experts. They identified gaps with the prior pest control companies’ approaches, they were thoughtful with their own solution, and I trusted them. Within days the issue was resolved. Haven’t heard rodent sounds since best at pest treated my home. I’m so pleased. Other things to mention: they are so responsive, and their service is top notch. I appreciate how Fida and Qasim were respectful of my home, how the office staff are so kind and courteous. The entire experience of working with them is excellent. And their pricing is far more reasonable compared to the big box pest control. They have integrity and Best @ Pest set the bar for pest control. Highly recommend.

This company is exceptional! More than 5 stars. I had a raccoon issue in my backyard in Brooklyn. I purchased a trap from them and they told me exactly what to do. Within a couple days the raccoon was captured. They came early in the morning, removed the trapped raccoon, and disinfected my backyard! I definitely recommend them! Courteous, kind, and helpful! Fida helped me locate the source of some mystery bites that had been driving me crazy for months. He was extremely honest, reassuring, and helpful throughout the entire process, and I haven’t gotten a bite since he figured out it was coming from my bag of bird seed. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true bug expert.

I had a frustrating pest problem (I shared walls with someone who had let things get very out of hand, which then spilled over into my apartment!), and Best at Pest worked tirelessly to get me pest-free (as well as my neighbor--grrr). Fida and his crew treated me with both kindness and a sense of urgency. Every time I called the office or texted Fida, I had a satisfying customer service experience plus, even better, now I am pest-free! While I wish a pest invasion on no one, if you have to get pest control in your home, Best at Pest is called that for a reason! (THANKS, FIDA AND BEST AT PEST!!!)

I called to request a maintenance visit after receiving treatment on my home. I was told that they could not schedule a maintenance visit for my home without speaking with the operations manager. No one ever returned my call so I reached out again today. Upon calling I spoke with Emily. She seemed very stressed and overwhelmed by the tone of her voice. She seem irritated with my questions about routine maintenance and had no answers. On top of that she hung up on me and kept saying I was yelling at her… my tone was normal. I am just a customer wanting to establish a continuous relationship with the company to maintain a pest free home and I was treated poorly. Not happy with the customer service at all.

SCAM ALERT I call Best At Pest Ext because I noticed some termites on my property. They tell me they can come and look and its $75 for the consultation. If I go with their service, the $75 is applied to the cost of the extermination. I agree and they give a four hour window (not very convenient) and tell me they will call about 1 hour before the technician arrives. The day of the appointment I get a call from the technician saying he is at the house, no notice was provided as I was expecting. I tell him I’m about 15 minutes away and he says he can wait for me its not a problem. He looks at the front of the house, the side of the house, the backyard, under the deck, then inside of the house, and the roof. He taps on the walls and listens. We then go outside and he asks me for the $75 dollars. I give him the money and he asks for my signature on his phone and confirms my email so the office can send me a receipt. I then ask him what is the plan to attack the termites? He tells me the office will call me. I ask him what does he think this will cost, again he tells me the office will call me. I ask him how bad does it look, he says not bad if I take care of it now, and not wait. 5-6 days go by and I never hear from anyone and never get a receipt. I call and tell the woman who answers I never heard from anyone and ask for my $75 back. She asks for my address and looks up the property and she sees the notes from the technician. She tells me that they probably won’t give me the $75 back but they can provide me service. I ask what will they do and how much will it cost? She says she will have to call me back. I never heard back from them.

It didn't work for me.

Went to prepare for the exterminator license and the instructor wasn't any good. His teaching methods were very poor and was very difficult to understand him. I would not recommend anyone take his coarses!

The job was ok I’ll be honest very quick though Was ok

They did the job for $600 initially and then $70 a week afterwards. They didn't solve any of the problems I had. When I called to complain about the issue, they said they no longer serve the area I was in. I'm down $1200 and still dealing with the issue. Steer clear; they're just looking to take your money.

Way overpriced could have gotten same pesticide online for cheaper.

Kaye came to my apartment and really tackled our bug problem which was considerable! He went everywhere behind stove and fridge etc and took care of everything! I couldn’t recommend best pest more highly!
