Absolute lifesavers! I heard a mouse under my sink cabinet, called them the next morning, explained my time constraints and they sent the best tech ever CHRIS within a few hours to save the day! The woman on the phone was extremely helpful and Chris was thorough, communicative and just went beyond any expectation. I called a few other places and only Top Notch had the confidence and courtesy that I don’t mind paying for! Just call them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Top Notch Pest Control in 2023. Andrew charged us nearly $500 to seal the house for a mice problem, but the work was incomplete and poorly done. Several gaps and entry points were left uncovered, and wire mesh was not even used to properly seal the openings. We continued having mice issues shortly after the service was completed, which made it clear the job was not done correctly. For the amount charged, I expected much more professional and effective work. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. They also did this job in less than 10 mins. I would expect them to take their time when it comes to doing pest control

Highly recommend. Very responsive and friendly customer service, quickly found an appointment within days of contact. Akel was the technician who serviced my apartment, and he did a fantastic job in both the initial treatment and complimentary follow-up appointment. He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing and why, and gave helpful suggestions regarding structural solutions to prevent future problems. He went above and beyond to be helpful and cover every base.

Akel was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, effective.

Had Akel come by early October since I had a roach infestation and he located the nest right away. The situation has been a lot better!

I just used Top Notch twice. 1st for a yellow jacket nest, which are in the wasp family. Larry the owner came himself. They offered to return if not resolved in 10 days. At 10 days there was still some activity at the nest they returned and it completely stopped all yellow jackets. Two days later we had baby mice. They returned and he recommended a higher plan. They filled every hole in my house and went through it carefully. Then left mouse bait. All mice were gone in three days. Excellent communicators and great job done.

I’m a commercial store and hired Top Notch for my services. They did awesome and were able to patchwork gaps where vermin were coming in, which is exactly what I needed. Activity drastically lowered in the first month and I’ll probably continue to call them for help. Even the phone service workers were great! Each time I worked with Akel and he was very kind and helpful in explaining the issues to me and what work he was doing in the establishment. 10/10

UPDATE 5/21: Chris came to service our apartment today and found a large hole under our dishwasher that we’re pretty confident was the entry point for rodents getting into our kitchen. (The dishwasher wasn’t able to be fully removed last time.) He made sure to check all other appliances including bedroom radiators and sprayed hardening foam over any suspect crevices and set new bait. We feel really good about things going forward and hope we don’t need to reach out again, but if we do we’re big fans of Top Notch and will continue to use & recommend them. December 2024: We just had Pietro come service our co-op unit and he was excellent. He moved appliances and radiator covers and filled up many holes. He was good with our dog, efficient, and made sure to remind us about the free 30-day follow up. We will use them in the future if needed.

Very quick and responsive staff. I was able to schedule a service for within 24 hours of calling. Akel was very informative and thoroughly explained the process of the service he was providing prior to doing so and provided a walk through of what he did after completion. Would recommend this service.

Criminals complete criminals . We had monthly service with them . The mouse problem was out of control . I asked for special service to eradicate ( exterminate the mice) they said they would use powder put out boxes and treat the affected apartments . Instead they sent a so called technician that just threw two packets of poison behind stoves without boxes . In two apartments. He did not spray for roaches although I was told that it’s the season and he would . They tried to charge me for special services . The technician was more interested in the price of the building than doing his job . We agreed to a monthly service charge . Then they set up for another technician. He did not bring boxes or roach spray . He was in a hurry got there around 2 o’clock . He also threw some poison . He did get into 4 apartments and applied some powder and closed some holes . I showed him two apartments that did not need to be treated . From the door way . He ran inside and did not treat even told me they did not treatment now they are trying to charge for 6 apartments . If they were doing their job during the monthly visits a mouse problem would not exist . The technician was crazy and came at me to try to hit me . I cancelled service at all properties and will not pay for the apartments not serviced and may sue them for sending an insane technician to try to shel me down and hit me . Unbelievable

I had an excellent experience with Chris today. He came for a mouse issue. He was thorough in checking all possible entry points to ensure nothing was overlooked. I truly appreciated his dedication and attention to detail—he even managed to squeeze into a tight space just to make sure the job was done right. His professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile were impressive. I highly recommend Chris.

Top notch pest control has come to the rescue on more than one occasion for me personally. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable on how to ensure your home is safe from any and all pests. I had a wasp nest that I discovered and wanted to be removed, I called that night and they came the next morning to remove it and seal off any possibility for the wasps to return. Quick and reliable service, I’d HIGHLY recommend!

Chris was great. I had a mouse problem and my landlord called them and they came over that afternoon and patched up every hole.

I had 1 round of Aprehend treatment for bedbugs in my apartment. Dave the technician was very transparent & clearly knowledgeable about treating our problem, with years of experience. The price was significantly lower than other NYC exterminators, and while we will need another treatment (which is often required to eliminate bedbugs), Top Notch was prompt to respond when we requested a follow-up appointment. Dave was more thorough than other exterminators I’ve worked with and Kris answered my many questions about preparing for the treatment. I’d definitely recommend their services. Thanks Top Notch!
